Delivery & Shipping

Shipping throughout New Zealand is $7.50 (Free on orders over $100 - *NZ only).

We deliver via courier to a physical address (NOT a PO Box Number) and require a signature for tracking purposes.

Our aim is to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Here is a guide as to how long your delivery may take:

Orders placed by midday
Within Auckland: 1 - 2 business days
Outside of Auckland: 2 - 3 business days

Orders placed after midday
Within Auckland: 2 - 3 business days
Outside of Auckland: 3 - 4 business days

Shipping throughout Australia is $25.00.

International shipping costs are quoted upon accepting your order.

Estimated delivery time is within 3 to 12 business days.  

We utilise DHL as our preferred International Courier. Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
