Price and Payment Options

All prices and shipping costs are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). We accept VISA and Mastercard as terms of payment.



We deliver via courier to a physical address (NOT a PO Box Number) and require a signature for tracking purposes. Estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days. 
Shipping throughout Australia is $8.80. We only deliver within Australia.

Once an order has been placed and paid for there is no cancellation on the product.


Product Information

We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and products prices appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been miss-published, including prices and promotions. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay in the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change between this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items. 


Returns Policy

We are not able to exchange items simply because you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please take careful consideration when purchasing products from our website. At Joyce Blok we recommend that consumers have a skin analysis by a qualified beauty therapist who will recommend the correct skin care products for their skin type before purchasing from our website.  

However, if an item is delivered damaged or you receive the incorrect product we will exchange it for the original product purchased. Please call 1300 665 003 within 14 days to receive your replacement. You will need to provide us with your order number. We may ask that you return the product in a pre-paid courier bag which will be sent with your replacement product.
